Sharon Wales

office manager/secretary

Sharon works for Dr W K Walter and Dr W L Walter. Sharon knows everything there is to know about the administrative side of the practice. She's available to give you a hand when it comes to answering practical questions and providing the important details about your admission. Sharon also handles patient accounts and takes the time to ensure you have everything you need to make it all go smoothly. We also value her highly in her role as Office Manager, as she makes our office run without a hitch and helps us to maintain our all-important patient database. Sharon enjoys it so much that she's been working for Dr W K Walter for over 20 years!

Kim Saunders

practice manager / medical secretary /registered nurse

Kim Saunders works for Dr Zicat in the capacity of Practice Manager and Medical Secretary. She also fulfils the role as Practice Manager for the Group, taking care of the logistics and tasks which come with a large group of surgeons. She has administrative experience and is a registered nurse, with particular experience as an orthopaedic nurse specialist. Kim brings both her clinical and administrative experience to use in her role.

In the past, Kim has worked as a practice manager, an orthopaedic nurse specialist in various hospitals and rehabilitation facilities and as a nurse educator. Kim enjoys maintaining a hands-on role with patients and keeps her skills up-to-date by continuing to work a day a week in the emergency department of a large hospital.

Kim's experience ensures that patients will find her helpful and knowledgeable with any question or issue.

Kathryn Brown

receptionist and secretary

Kathryn works for Dr W K Walter on a part-time basis. Kathryn is often the one to answer your call and is one of the smiling faces to greet you at our front reception desk. She will help you complete the documents you need for admission and will be able to answer your administrative questions.

Holly Russell

receptionist and assistant to Dr W L Walter

Holly is receptionist to both Dr WK Walter and WL Walter. She is usually the first person you'll speak to when you call to make an appointment. She also has an important role as Dr WL Walter's personal assistant, managing his very busy schedule and the administrative aspects of his role as Associate Professor with the University of Notre Dame.
